Operator list

Operators creation and configuration. You can configure firewall rules to an operator.
Users creation can be done in the screen "Setup > Security > User".

Authorized certificate list

This table is useful if you choose user authentication by Login / Password + Certificate, and if a user has no certificate CN specified in his information.
Then this user will have to use one of the certificate CNs in this list. It is preferable that the CN of the user certificates be specified in the user description.
